A dedicated space for voiceovers, podcasts, music production, and sound recording. Our soundproofed environment ensures crystal-clear audio, with access to high-quality recording equipment and editing tools.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Confirmation & Payments All bookings must be made through our online booking system or via direct inquiry at create@greerfilms.com.au. A 40% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due day of booking. For last-minute bookings (within 72 hours), full payment is required at the time of booking. 2. Booking Modifications & Cancellations Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the original booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in 100% of the booking fee being charged. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will be refunded any additional charged on the non refundable deposit. 3. Arrival & Studio Use Your booking time includes setup and pack-down. Additional time required outside your slot will incur overtime fees. Studio spaces must be left clean and tidy, with all equipment and props returned to their original place. Any damages caused to the space or equipment will be charged at repair/replacement cost. 4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows If you arrive late, the booking will still end at the originally scheduled time, with no refund or extension. A no-show without prior notice will forfeit the full booking amount. 5. Public Liability & Insurance Hirers must ensure they have appropriate public liability insurance for any production, event, or business-related activities. Greer Films is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or lost items during your hire. 6. Featured Bookings & Promotions We love showcasing creative work! If you'd like your project to be featured on our website or social media, let us know when booking. Projects featured on our platforms may include behind-the-scenes content, client spotlights, or case studies. Greer Films reserves the right to decline or approve feature requests based on brand alignment and content suitability. 7. Equipment & Additional Services Additional equipment hire, tech support, or professional services must be booked in advance and may incur additional fees.
