Cancellation Policy
To reschedule we as for 24hours notice. A no show appointment/booking will result in non-refundable charge of 50% of your booking/service if you have not yet paid the full 50% via our online booking service. If you contact before 12hours you can reschedule within 3weeks (pending your booking/service and our availability.) If cancelling / rescheduling has not been complete within the 12hour time frame, you will be require to pay a new non- refundable deposit.
